Biography

National University of Singapore

I am extremely passionate about teaching analytics, mathematics and statistics. Adopting a pragmatic style and a student-centric approach, I have achieved >4/5 in almost all 40 end-of-course student evaluation at SIM University (rebranded as Singapore University of Social Sciences in 2017), La Trobe University, National University of Singapore and University of the People.

My current research focusses on the applications of meta-analysis, complex sampling, structural equation modelling (including multi-level data analysis), decision trees and predictive analytics (including time series analysis) on applied economics and the various medical fields, notably cardiovascular disease, endocrinology, psychological medicine and infectious disease.
