Stephen M. Ross School of Business
Shonita is a Research Associate and Bridges Fellow at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Her research interests are in corporate social responsibility, social movements, entrepreneurship and strategic human capital management. She is particularly interested in studying organizational support for antiracism initiatives and employee influences on firm strategy. Shonita holds a JD from Texas Southern University, an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and a BA in Political Science from the Ohio State University. She previously practiced in the areas of antitrust, data privacy, and unfair competition. Additionally, she taught business law at the University of Cincinnati.
