Shira Hauschen is s a consultant and attorney with Dorsey Health Strategies, She provides business consulting services to clients on a range of healthcare topics with an eye toward business strategy, process optimization, and new business development. She has advised clients across a wide array of industry segments on topics including healthcare IT, Big Data, telemedicine and mobile health, lean transformations, vendor management, ACOs and episodes of care, and integrated delivery systems. Previously Hauschen worked at McKinsey & Co. as a consultant specializing in healthcare. Her prior professional background is in healthcare and healthcare IT, including working at Epic with large healthcare providers to implement EHRs, as well as with local and national healthcare entities. Hauschen is also an adjunct professor of health law and management impact at University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
