McDonough School of Business

I am an Assistant Professor of Operations and Information Management at the McDonough School of Business. I completed my Ph.D. from Wharton in 2014. My research area is Operations Management, with a special interest in modeling strategic consumers in service settings, queueing games, product development and global supply chain management.
