Sheila Roy is an Associate Professor at Bhavan's SPJIMR. She has received her Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and is also an MBA from IIM-B. Sheila has over two decades of consulting experience and her work spans across service industries including Insurance, Retail, Finance, Hospitality, and IT.
