I facilitate individual and team learning, growth and transformation experiences, one conversation at a time. My work seeks to shift mindsets, attitudes and behaviours - including my own - from limiting and disempowering, to purpose-driven, visionary, values-based and transformative.

I design and facilitate coaching, learning and development, and change interventions that enhance personal leadership skills, and team and organisational effectiveness.

With over 20 years experience in people management, leadership development and organisational development in various capacities, including management consulting, line management, facilitation, training and coaching.

I seek to add value as a catalyst in the formulation and realisation of individual, team and corporate goals and objectives.

I am Adjunct Faculty at Henley Business School Africa and University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development, offering a broad range of learning modules in Personal Mastery and Diversity & Inclusion.

I also work with a range of associate partners offering People Management, Organisational Development, and Leadership Development solutions.
