the intersection between leadership, strategic planning and organizational performance. Expertise in management development; closing the gap between strategy and operations; learning and development; and program and organization outcomes and performance. Major projects in the public, private, non-profit and post-secondary education system include: ~multi-generational workplaces; ~work-force development; ~learning needs assessment and business analysis; ~development of employee On-boarding programs; ~development of e-learning programs; ~curriculum development for on-line and instructor-led courses; ~managing by outcomes.

Professional training in a variety of evaluation models such as ROI and change management processes including Appreciative Inquiry.
