Specialized in M&A projects , HR processes, organizational culture and structure. Worked with executive teams in Israel, Europe and US to establish a shared organizational leadership, and infrastructure.
Lead team-building sessions in Israel , Europe and America to enhance performance and develop processes and communication channels.
Conducted seminars and coached executives to support professional and personal development plans.
VP in the OD group at JPMorgan, NY for 5 years.
Worked with: Intel, SAP, Analog Devices, Comverse, Amdocs, Stratsys, ECI, TI, 888,Verint, Roche, BG, Strauss Group, Hazera genetics , Paz, Unilever , Bank Hapoalim and many start ups.
