Biography:

Dr. Sharam ALIJANI is Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA BS and a research fellow at ‘HABITER - IRCS’ Research Center at Université Reims Champagne-Ardenne. His teachings and research focus on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Ethics, Sustainability and Innovation Studies. He is the associate editor of the European Social Innovation Review and the co-organiser of the Finance, Economy and Society track at the European Academy of Management since 2013. Sharam has been collaborating with numerous academic journals and organisations including Journal of Business Ethics, European Management Review and Academy of Management. His research appears in academic journals and discipline-based books including the “Encyclopedia of Creativity, Invention, Innovation and Entrepreneurship” (2016, Springer). Sharam is a recipient of research grant and academic coordinator for the European Union’s 7th Framework Program on social innovation (www.simpact-project.eu). With more than 20 years of professional and corporate experience in various executive and consulting capacities, Sharam has been involved in the development of effective approaches to teaching, learning and research in executive education modules and programmes in Europe and the United States.
