Sergio Rivas

He is a professor of entrepreneurial management at IE Business School, an IE AAA Board Member, president of the IE Retail Club and a retail and franchise company consultant.

Sergio is the CEO of Eat Out Group, one of the largest restaurant groups in Spain, with more than 400 outlets operating in five countries. The Group’s portfolio includes a number of popular restaurants, including Pans & Company, Ribs, Fresc Co and Caffé di Fiore, as well as traditional retail and travel channels.
