Sean Watts

Sean develops teams that develop individuals, universities & companies internationally, including Donga, IIM, Keimyung, RMIT, Yonsei, American University, Samsung, Hyundai, Aecon, & Applied Materials, & looks forward to helping more.

He was a founding Professor, covering International Management, Marketing & Entrepreneurship, & Chair, Business & Economics, launching Yonsei University, EIC. This was the first international education program in Korea that had both the Residential College modelled after Harvard, online education, & programs to take students & faculty to apply theory to practice in international field trips to other countries annually. Dr. Watts, born & raised in Canada, developed programs in Central America, Africa, & 25 years in Asia. Dr Watts was appointed Vice Rector, Donga University in 2017.

Professor Watts published 85+ articles & books (with SSCI, Q1 journals with impact factors up to 12.406), focused initially on high impact Q1 articles, and now on mass adoption of knowledge through the systematic combination of class research, industry practices, grants, and publishing.

Sean advises and consults universities, individuals and organizations, from multinational conglomerates, governments, & the UN, to students & start-ups, to individuals at the peak of success. He worked with 128 countries, many entrepreneurs, Indian Institute of Management (a top Business School), Korea's Harvard - Yonsei University, RMIT -the first foreign university launched in Vietnam, & DongA University in Vietnam, together with numerous others: Samsung, Hyundai, Daewoo, Aecon-IST, & Applied Materials growing Korean operations US$200 million to US$1.08 Billion within one year.
