National University of Singapore
Associate Professor LUM Sau Kim is a tenured faculty member of the Department of Real Estate and Academic Director at the NUS Global Relations Office. She obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration, co-majoring in Finance and Real Estate, from the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. A former Asean and British Commonwealth scholar, she has consulted for various public sector agencies as well as private corporations. She has also been appointed to the Valuation Review Board by the Ministry of Finance. Her research interests are in the areas of real estate economics particularly in the behaviour of housing markets, land policy and asset pricing. She has developed indices for direct real estate markets such as the URA and HDB price indices as well as the NUS SRPI.
