Biography

Dr. Carter is a Research Scientist at the Suicide CPR Initiative. She is a Research Assistant Professor in the MPS Department at USUHS. Prior to joining the Suicide CPR Initiative, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System and University of Washington School of Public Health. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a Quantitative emphasis, from George Mason University.
