Yale School of Management

Sarah Biggerstaff specializes in leadership development for individuals and organizations. Her experience includes executive coaching and consulting to organizations across multiple sectors as they cultivate and expand their leadership capacity.

Since 2012, she has been on the faculty at the Yale School of Management where her work focuses on increasing capacity to lead through the practical, hands-on application of leadership concepts. Her courses include: Leadership Lab, Interpersonal Dynamics, Leadership Development for Self and Others, and Leadership Practicum.  Sarah believes there is no one-size fits all approach to leadership and works with students to unlock their potential and explore their identities as leaders through the application of course learning both inside and outside of the classroom. 

Sarah holds an MS in Organization Development from George Mason University and a BA in Literature from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
