Biography:

Sandrine is Associate Professor of Business Law and Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at NEOMA Business School in France. Sandrine previously served as department chair of the Accounting, Control and Legal Affairs department and as the Director of the MSc in International Project Development at NEOMA Business School. Prior to joining NEOMA BS, Sandrine was Associate Professor at EDHEC Business School in France where she held positions as Deputy Manager of the Department of Legal Sciences and Director of several international graduate programmes. She was also a visiting scholar at the Center for International Business Studies, Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, USA. Sandrine holds a PhD in Private Law from the Université de Lille 2 in France. Her research and publications have focused on relations between law and management, legal strategies and regulations. She has led numerous research projects linked to the complex interconnection of corporate practices with legal issues and standards.
