Sandra is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® – leveraging her multidisciplinary background in advising families through wealth accumulation/transfer and coaching their next generation in financial stewardship. Sandra has been featured in national media for her interdisciplinary work with families to address their conflicts around money: The New York Times, MSN Money, Parents magazine, National Public Radio “The Takeaway” as well as the personal finance book “The 10 Commandments of Money.” Sandra was named to Working Mother Magazine’s 2018 and 2017 inaugural list of Top Women Wealth Advisor Moms.

Sandra earned an International MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Spain as a Fulbright Scholar, graduating with honors, Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. Sandra worked in health care management for a few years as a clinical supervisor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her Masters degree in Psychology from JFK University and her Bachelors in English Literature from UC Berkeley as a Regents Scholar, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, Highest Honors. Sandra is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Spanish.

Sandra regularly teaches "21st Century Retirement Planning" at Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Program.

Within the Crawford-Hogan-Wang Group, Sandra develops tailored retirement, philanthropic, and estate planning strategies for clients, while supporting them through key life transitions -divorce, sudden wealth, special needs, or business succession planning.

Sandra enjoys hiking, jogging, scuba diving, and camping. She has backpacked to 50+ countries and enjoys adventures with her husband and 3 children. Sandra is active in Menlo Church in Saratoga, Project Cornerstone in the Saratoga schools, and Palo Alto University Rotary’s International Service projects in El Salvador. Sandra was awarded the Bo Smith Award for exemplifying the global vision of Rotary International.
