Sandra Evans

Biography
Sandra Evans is a social scientist at the RAND Corporation and co-director of the RAND Center for Applied Network Analysis. At RAND she conducts organizational research in a range of settings including health care and military. Her research interests include organizational change, talent management, inter-organizational collaboration, and technology use.
Prior to joining RAND, she was an assistant professor of communication at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has a Ph.D. in communication from the University of Southern California, a dual-master’s degree in global communication from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.Sc. in international studies and radio/television/film from Northwestern University.
