Having spent 24 years in the field of management and leadership education, he has discovered the generative power in human beings, and how each individual has a choice in what he or she creates. In his first book, Declaring Breakdowns – Powerfully creating a future that matters, through 6-simple steps he talks about how each one of us, in every area of our life, has an almost certain, probable, default future. He invites individuals, teams, and organizations to get skilled in creating a future of design, rather than that of drift.

While his first book is titled Declaring Breakdowns, for him, this book is really about mastering the art and Science of generating breakthrough results in each area of our lives.

Sameer is about to complete his second book in the area of generative leadership, and this book will be released early 2017.

He has worked with senior management teams of top global organizations and has enabled them to design futures of choice. He is known for enabling his program participants to take a stand for their, and their organization’s success, His program participants have generated breakthrough results, which at one time seemed impossible.

He has set up and run management and leadership institutions in India and the UK, and also set up an extensive network of Education Centers in the early 1990s, then unheard of in India. He has worked with program participants from 52 countries and worked with top ranked British, American and European Universities.

Sameer is the Founder Director and the Program Leader for The Institute for Generative Leadership, India which is established in association with The Institute for Generative Leadership, USA. Sameer has done several training, coaching and consulting projects with organizations of different industries and varying sizes. Some of his global clients include Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, John Deere, BMC Software, Allscripts, Persistent Systems, Amdocs, Tech Mahindra, Dana, Cargill, and Cognizant amongst many others. Sameer gets constant invitations to speak as a keynote speaker, and regularly speaks at Business off-sites, industry consortiums, business clubs and was also recently invited to a TEDx talk in Mumbai, India where he spoke about Declaring Breakdowns.

Sameer has been an advisor to a top ranked and a leading Business School in Asia; was the Founding Chairman of the Bangalore Chapter of the Higher Education Forum; and, the Vice Chairman of the Emerging Presidents’ Group.

Inside of his purpose to positively impact millions of people around the world, Sameer set up the Gift Your Organ Foundation. As the Founder and the Chief Catalyst of the Gift Your Organ foundation, Sameer’s vision is that there will be no deaths in India for the want of organs. The Gift Your Organ Foundation works with the Karnataka State Government and the Maharashtra State Government and is the first organization in the country to have introduced the Green Heart Driver’s License, which is having an Organ Donation option on the Driver’s License. This one move can potentially transform the entire organ donation landscape in India.
