UNSW Business School

Sally White is an organisational psychologist holding both a masters and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. For more than two decades, Sally has worked with organisations across the Asia Pacific to develop the leadership capability of people managers.


Sally White is an organisational psychologist holding undergraduate, Masters and Ph.D degrees in Clinical Psychology from the UNSW.

She is a registered psychologist, a member of the APS and the College of Organisational Psychologists, and has a certificate in Executive Coaching.

Sally has conducted extensive research on executive stress and stress producing behaviours and for more than 25 years has worked as a consultant to groups of senior executives and partners from organisations such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ernst and Young, Rio Tinto, Transfield Services, Australand, Qantas, BOC, the ASX , BT and Macquarie Bank to develop their leadership capacity.

She also regularly works as an adjunct faculty team member delivering short course AGSM executive programs for the Australian School of Business.

Sally is a leadership development specialist, working both as a group faciliator and 1:1 coach. Through her own consultancy practice, Sally regularly conducts development centres and intensive leadership programs, and is a highly skilled leadership coach. She brings the insight and challenge necessary to encourage critical self-evaluation in each of her participants.

When facilitating groups and providing coaching, she is focused on creating self awareness and the psychological shifts required for behavioural change.
