Biography

Sally Jacobs is a social scientist with 18 years’ experience in health services and pharmacy practice research. She has managed a number of multicentred, mixed methods studies on the organisation and delivery of a variety of primary and community health and social care services. Her interests lie in organisational behaviour in healthcare and its influence on workforce behaviour and the quality and safety of care.

Sally has a growing track record in securing research funding from the NIHR and pharmacy charities such as Pharmacy Research UK and Pharmacist Support. She has successfully delivered complex projects requiring diverse stakeholder engagement.

She has published 32 peer reviewed academic papers and presents regularly at national and international conferences to both academic and professional audiences.
