He advises companies throughout the corporate life cycle—and across industry sectors—in mergers, acquisitions, sales, licensing, and capital raising. He helps emerging growth companies to secure financing and represents angel and venture capital investors in debt and equity transactions. Ryan is particularly known for his work in the technology industry.
