As a speaker, coach, and talent development consultant, and inclusion professional - Dr. Ryan has a mind for business and a heart for people. Having successfully led teams in finance, healthcare, and non-profit, and commercial real estate organizations, Ryan brings a unique mix of practical experience and professional research. His areas of expertise include virtual teaming, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. He uses those skills while serving as Global Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CBRE.

Additionally, Ryan serves as a professional coach, consultant, and lead researcher at the Mitchell Development Group. Additionally, he is a professor at a Warner University teaching MBA students Organizational Behavior, Strategic Talent Management, and Compensation courses.
