Henley Business School

Ruth is a psychologist, coach and psychometric expert, combining a deep knowledge of the selection and development of leadership talent with seventeen years of applied experience. Her career to-date spans roles in academic research, internal recruitment, leadership development and training, and global consultancy with three market leading companies. Ruth is known for her work in assessing and developing exceptional current and aspiring leaders across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, including Chief Executives in high-profile, high-stakes roles. She holds associate lectureship appointments at various institutions across the UK, through which she speaks and publishes on leadership development and coaching topics. Ruth is passionate about being at the forefront of evidence-based and gold-standard practice and finds great joy in applying this to support and energise her clients.

PhD Psychology; MSc Occupational Psychology; BSc Psychology (1st class Hons); PgDip Human Resource Management (Distinction); ICF-accredited Certificate Personal and Business Coaching; Level A (ability) and Level B (personality) qualified, with certifications for sixteen different personality instruments, including Wave, OPQ, NEO and the Hogan suite.
