Biography
Ruomeng Cui completed her PhD in operations management at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 2014. Prior to coming to Emory, Cui was an assistant professor at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. Cui''s research investigates the value created through information sharing in contexts including retail, online marketplaces, service operations and supply chains. Also, she’s examined how operational strategies affect consumer behaviors, firm performance and government procurement. She has published articles in a number of leading journals, including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and Harvard Business Review. Media reports on her research, including US National Public Radio and Globe and Mail.
