Roger Joseph

Roger is a Senior Facilitator and Consultant with over 15 years experience delivering stellar sessions for Eagle’s Flight. He is based in Ontario, Canada.

Roger is a dynamic, professional and thorough facilitator. His work experience prior to Eagle’s Flight includes over 20 years at BNS and RBC in the Caribbean and Canada. During his extensive facilitation career at Eagle’s Flight he has delivered hundreds of leadership workshops to numerous financial institutions across North America and the Caribbean.

He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Wilfred Laurier University, Canada, where he majored in International Business and Leadership. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and has completed studies at the University of Toronto for the Diploma in Training and Development.

A devoted husband and father, Roger is a passionate learner who enjoys acting as well as playing the guitar, piano, basketball, softball, and tennis. He has also successfully competed internationally in track and field.
