Roger Conway

Roger is Chairman of the Board of Directors for West Pak Avocado, an international grower and distributor of avocados in transition from first to second generation. He is a Senior Fellow (retired) from the Center for Creative Leadership. Roger was Program Manager for Leadership at the Peak. This program was cited as the number one Executive Development Program in the United States by the Wall Street Journal. His custom work included designing and teaching Executive Leadership Programs for General Motors, Whirlpool, Kohler, Boeing and the US Navy and others globally. The Graduate Student Association at University of California Riverside awarded him a Lifetime Teaching Achievement Award. Roger’s student team in the International Business Strategy Competition won first place in the Graduate Division, first ever for the Graduate School. Roger has taken on a number of pro-bono projects, including the San Diego’s Zoological Society.
