Roger Bohn is a professor of management and has been on faculty at GPS since 1992. His research began looking at technological knowledge — what it is, what is does and how to develop it — and has extended into looking how aviation, and by extension all other important technologies, have shifted from the realm of art to the realm of science over 80 years.

Bohn is an expert in high-tech and international manufacturing, the electronics industry and the data storage industry. He often serves as a consultant to industry in the areas of manufacturing ramp-up, process improvement, product development and organizational management. He posts to the “Art and Science in Technology” blog, looking at how technologies evolve and why it matters.
