Rodria Laline

Rodria Laline has been CEO of global innovation and R&D collaborations with IBM, DEC, HP, ING, KPN, Bull, Elsevier, Siemens, and Philips. She was member of Oracle General Management, GIIC ecommerce thought leader at Global Information Infrastructure Commission and board member of the Open Software Foundation. For international enterprises she was an SVP WW Field Operations, CEO Japan (HQ: Tokyo) and VP APAC divisions (HQ: Singapore), and lived and worked in various other parts of the world (EMEA, United States). Rodria founded Intrabond Capital with offices in San Francisco, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam. She was chairperson and non-executive director at 1-tier and 2-tier boards. Rodria Laline is an alumnus of IMD Switzerland and certified by the American Association of Corporate Board Directors (NACD) on the role of boards in strategy and risks. She is co-founder of the MYBP Board Program at Harvard, was director of corporate governance programs at Nyenrode University and was assistant professor in business studies at the University of Amsterdam. Rodria Laline lectured on board governance and strategic management, including at INSEAD, BNY Mellon Standish, IESE Business School, ICLIF Financial Institution Director’s Education (FIDE), PWC, ABB, Shell, APG, THNK, Scale Up Nation, The Media Nanny / SEG Artists, Booking.com, ING Bank, Central Bank Netherlands, FMO Bank, KADIN Indonesia, and NDIC/PENOP/CBN Nigeria.
