Biography

Robert Marshall is a Director of Knowledge Teams International Pty Ltd. He specialises in the development of teams and leaders and research on team effectiveness. He is also a Sessional Lecturer for the Australian National University’s MBA program and a Learning Facilitator for leadership subjects in the international MBA program at Chifley Business School, Torrens University Australia

He developed the Knowledge Team Effectiveness Profiling System which is used by knowledge-based organisations throughout the world to increase the effectiveness and creativity of knowledge teams.

He was previously Group Manager, Leadership and Team Development with CSIRO. He led a team that had responsibility for the design, delivery and evaluation of professional and personal development programs for the Organisation’s senior staff throughout Australia. He also led an internal consultancy service on organisational development and change management.

He has previously been an Associate Professor at Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra.

Robert holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University.
