Background

Robert Grasser joined the faculty at the University of South Carolina in the fall of 2016 after spending one year at Tulane University. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Bern, Switzerland, and B.Sc. and M.Sc double degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Kiel, Germany.

Grasser teaches managerial accounting for undergraduate and MACC students. His research interest is managerial accounting. He uses lab studies and surveys that are supplemented with archival data.
