Dr. Gough is Managing Director of Chatham Hill, a data and predictive analytics firm that advises companies from early stage to Fortune 500. Chatham Hill develops advanced analytic systems to guide future thinking and intelligent decisions. Through the development of its AI-based and adaptive strategic Intelligent Decision Systems, Chatham Hill's future-focused frameworks help companies to improve performance, expedite innovation, and simulate optimal paths to growth. Chatham Hill was formed to make decision makers smarter...real-time analytics for quick-response decisions.

Dr. Gough is also Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of New Hampshire where he teaches courses in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Investment Banking. He also lectures in the Executive Development Program for corporate leaders about various topics in Innovation.

CEO & Managing Director

Dr. Gough has over 30 years of experience in management, operations, investment banking, and institutional capital markets. He has consulted with senior decision makers at some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies including Bank of America, ING, Microsoft, PPG Industries, Boise Cascade, and United Technologies. Dr. Gough has worked with leading government policy makers, including the Office of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Great Britain, the Japanese External Trade Organization, the Bundesbank and the U.S. Department of Defense, and led the forecasting team for President Reagan’s Grace Commission.

Analyst

Dr. Gough has directed teams in developing forecasting models and built Intelligent Decision Systems to help drive innovation and growth. He has served as CEO of an international management consulting company, several companies within the Big Data/predictive analytics and software space, and was Chief Investment Strategist for a New York-based alternative investment company.
