Biography
Robert Bifulco is Professor of Public Administration at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. His research has focused on the evaluation of educational policies including whole-school reform, school accountability programs, charter schools, magnet schools and student assignment policies. He has prepared analyses of school finance issues and the design of state aid formulas for Governor M. Jodi Rell’s Commission on Education Finance and for the plaintiffs in the Connecticut school finance case CCJEF v. Rell. His work has appeared in the American Economic Journal, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis, and Education Finance and Policy among other academic journals.
