Senior Executive with proven results in North American and global consumer product industries. Currently, teaching global business at the University of Arizona Eller College of Management and serving on Advisory Board for Verus Investment Partners. Previously, as CEO of Evenflo between 2005 and 2009, led a high-return sale to a new private equity firm; initiated the acquisition of the Ameda institutional breastfeeding business; and spearheaded a successful financial restructuring during the 2008/2009 worldwide financial crisis. Prior to Evenflo, served 27+ years at Procter & Gamble, with increasing levels of responsibility in brand management and general management. Led a turnaround in P&G's Venezuela business in late 1980's; created the business model for expansion of hair care products globally, including first into China; and led the integration/global Clairol hair color business after P&G's acquisition in 2001.
