Rick Garnitz

Mr. Garnitz is president of LifeSpan Services, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. LifeSpan’s mission is to increase employee self-reliance. Each year, LifeSpan conducts over 300 preretirement, midcareer and financial education seminars and webinars for corporations, federal and state agencies, and multiemployer plans throughout the United States. He has been active with the International Foundation for 30 years and is a current member of its Financial Education/Retirement Security Expert Panel. Mr. Garnitz is a frequent speaker on retirement, financial literacy and workforce demographic issues at major human resources and employee benefit conferences. He holds degrees from both Indiana University and Georgia State University.
