Richard Moorhead

Richard is a Director in our Corporate Finance practice and has over 10 years' lead advisory experience spanning private equity sponsored buy-outs and investment, company sales, acquisitions and debt refinancing. He qualified as an accountant with Deloitte in Nottingham and subsequently spent four years with KPMG's Midlands CF team, dividing his time between Nottingham and Birmingham and advising on a wide range of transaction types.

Recent transactional experience includes the sale of Foodco to Henderson Foodservice, the sale of SSAS Solutions to Mattioli Woods plc, the sale of Ceco to Headlam Group plc and the acquisition of Gola Wood Works

Richard has a 1st class honours in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
