Richard is a partner in the firm's Corporate department specialising in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Described by Legal Business as a "corporate heavyweight", he acts for some of the world's largest multinational groups and funds in the development of their domestic and international strategies. Qualified as an English solicitor and French avocat, Richard has worked for the Firm in London, New York, Brussels and Paris. A former Head of the M&A practice, he now serves on the Firms' Board. Legal Business recently quoted one Magic Circle partner simply saying "He's tremendous."
