Richard joined the Mars Group straight from school and, following completion of a business degree and two year post graduate sponsorship at the London Business School, gained broad experience working at board level in sales & marketing roles with premium branded products across a range of different industries.

He joined S A Partners (a leading Lean management consultancy business) in 2002 and was promoted to Managing Consultant in July 07.

He is a specialist in Customer Value and Sales Performance Improvement and has extensive experience of helping organizations globally to fully integrate sales as part of their Lean journey.

His leading edge work on Customer Value is widely acknowledged by clients internationally and he co-authored “Staying Lean” with Professor Peter Hines which in May 2009 was awarded the highly acclaimed Shingo research prize.

In September 2010 he achieved a long standing ambition to launch his own specialist consultancy dedicated to enabling clients achieve radical performance improvement in both Sales and Customer Care.

Richard is an INLPTA qualified NLP Master Practitioner and associate lecturer at Cardiff University Business School.
