Biography
Center for Creative Leadership
Rich Tallman is a Senior Faculty member based in Colorado Springs, CO. He trains multiple open enrollment programs including the Leadership Development Program, Coaching for Development, and Leadership at the Peak. Rich also works with many of the Center’s custom clients, designing and delivering programs tailored to their specific needs. In addition, he is a certified feedback specialist having served on the Adjunct faculty for six years.
Prior to joining the Center, Rich had a consulting practice in organization design and development. During his twenty years, he worked with a variety of organizations undergoing substantive change including restructuring, mergers, and change initiatives to increase productivity and profitability. These clients have included organizations from the public and private sectors as well as profit and not-for-profit, with industries ranging from telecommunications to health care to manufacturing, and finance.
Rich did his undergraduate training at the State University of New York @ Geneseo and his graduate work at Ohio State University.
Rich is an avid hiker, sometime skier, and volunteer. He writes occasional humor and Op/Ed pieces.
