Partnered with business operations to review business initiatives and identify tax risks & opportunities and drive the set-up of foreign operations, integration of M&A, restructuring, the appropriate business funding through transfer pricing, and the reduction of business costs above the tax line.

Legislative monitoring, analysis & implementation resulting in a substantial refund and assisted in consulting Congressional Staff on corporate behavior from proposed tax changes.
