Biography

Dr. Raymond Chan specialized in cybersecurity, digital forensic, critical infrastructure protection, cyber-physical system, secure software development, and privacy-preserving model. He published many papers related to digital forensic, critical infrastructure protection. He has more than ten years of experience developing software systems for government-funded projects in Hong Kong. Currently, he is a lecturer at Singapore Institute of Technology and the vice-chair of IFIP Working Group 11.10 on Critical Infrastructure Protection. He has experience to conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, digital forensic investigation, provide security solutions for software systems.
