Randy Richards earned his PhD at the University of Iowa in Philosophy in 1996. Richards, Ph.D. has built a successful and respected academic career by studying and teaching Human Resource Management. He is currently a Co-Director of St. Ambrose University’s Master in Organizational Leadership Program, where he also teaches. Richards, PhD also teaches Management of Change and Human Resources at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management.

Richards, PhD is also a visiting professor at Vilnius University in Lithuania, and also spent time as a visiting professor at Kaiserslautern Technical University in Germany. Along with his rich academic career, Richards, PhD also holds workshops and seminars all around the world for HR professionals, in which he shares his experiences from his 20+ year management career.

He has published many scientific works, articles, and conference presentations, and even a few theatrical plays. His areas of interest include adult education and development, conflict management, organizational behavior with an emphasis on leadership and group interactions, and ethics.
