Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Rachel works as part of the Experiential Learning team at Ashridge, joining the team in 2004. Her role has involved her working with a wide selection of different organisations, both at Ashridge and abroad. Working on Open and Tailored programmes, Rachel uses a wide range of different exercises to focus on areas such as leadership, communication, creativity and team work.

She is experienced at providing a wide range of experiential learning events, tailored to suit varying client needs. Whether working on a conference or a linger programme, finding the right experiential exercise can really help bring a session to life. Rachel's knowledge of a number of psychometric instruments enables participants to really see the value of learning experientially.
