Qiaoni Shi is an Assitant Professor of Marketing at Bocconi University. She graduated from University of Pittsburgh, advised by Esther Gal-Or and J. Jeffrey Inman. Her research seeks to understand the transformative impact of digital technology and platform economy on various aspects of marketing, including business models, firm strategies, and consumer behavior.
