Prashant Gupta

A Research scholar specialising in Finance from Dept. of Mgmt. Studies, IIT Delhi. My work involved identifying the problem areas in the field of corporate governance with respect to asset quality in banks. For this purpose, I was required to identify suitable data sources, collect and clean data so that it could be used for estimation purposes using dynamic panel data methodology.

My experience in research has resulted in two publications in top journals, best paper award at AGBA conference co-organised by Millikin University, USA and IIT Delhi and a research article selected amongst the top 10 in the finance domain at Doctoral Colloquium organised by IIM Vishakhapatnam.

Executed end to end research projects for two ministries of the Government of India.

Proven track record in team leadership and interpersonal skills as a team leader while leading the Ranchi Art of Living's youth wing for three years and being head of Academics for the incoming batch of 400 students at a B-School featured in Forbes Marquee edition as one of the great Indian B-Schools.

Actively involved with the youth wing of Art of Living (the World's largest volunteer-based NGO), organising, assisting and conducting workshops for youth welfare and excellence in life at Tihar Jail, Hotwar Jail, BIT Mesra, IIM Ranchi, IIT Delhi, IIT Patna, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Patna, NIFT Delhi and Patna and Sahastra Seema Bal.
