Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode

Dr. Prantika Ray is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. She had earned her PhD (fellow) in management from the Human Resources Management (HRM) from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. She has taught several courses to post graduate students across various institutes.Her research and teaching interests include cross-cultural management, AI/Robotics and HRM, generational HRM, strategic human resources management, future of work.
