Philippe Laurent

Philippe Laurent is Professor of Human Resources Management at Webster University Geneva and Postgraduate Professor of International Management & Strategy at UAS School of Management in Fribourg. He previously worked during 20 years as an executive and general manager for CLAL Group (France & Switzerland), COMILOG Group (Switzerland, USA), Golay Buchel Group (Switzerland, Italy, Thailand, Hong Kong), Wall Street Institute Group (Switzerland, Spain). He then spent another 20 years working as a senior consultant for several large companies (Dynargie Group, CTS Group), an accredited professor at UAS-Arc Neuchâtel and a visiting professor at Coventry University (UK), IAE Grenoble (France), ESTA (France) and SWUFE University (Chengdu, China). He also acted as a CEO of an international company (Ouaps Group in Switzerland, France, China) and became an academic and executive Dean for seven years (UBIS, GBS).
