As the Lean Methods Group’s Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. Phil Samuel helps clients insource creativity and increase organic growth potential. He brings more than 20 years of technical and management experience in diverse environments to his transformative work with organizations around the globe.
Phil regularly presents, coaches and facilitates workshops on topics related to innovation ecosystems and methodologies, strategy deployment and performance excellence.
Phil’s books include Design for Lean Six Sigma: A Holistic Approach to Design and Innovation and The Innovator’s Toolkit: 50+ Techniques for Predictable and Sustainable Organic Growth. He is also the executive editor of The TRIZ Journal and the Chief Innovator Online blog.
