Biography

Phil joined UCLA Anderson in August 2004 as a Career Advisor. As the Director of the Parker CMC, he leads the team to support full-time MBA students in their career development and facilitate MBA hiring needs. He continues to advise students recruiting in the technology and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Phil worked as a career advisor at Claremont Graduate University, working with students in business, organizational psychology, and economics. He also has a background as a middle and high school science teacher in New York City for four years.

Phil has a BS in Biology and Psychology from the University of Michigan, a MA in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
