Wisconsin School of Business

Peter B. Ritz, a Milwaukee native, graduated from Harvard Law School with honors after receiving his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a practicing attorney with Ritz & Caflisch, S.C. a small firm which concentrates on business and real estate matters. Peter began his career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and has been in private practice in Portland, Oregon and Madison, Wisconsin since 1978. An instructor in the Wisconsin School of Business since 1995, he is now a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and has also taught real estate law-related courses in private business and non-profit organization settings. Peter is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County and American Bar Associations.
