Professor emeritus. B.Sc.(Princeton), MBA (Harvard), PhD (Case-Western), dr.polit. (University of Copenhagen). Naturalised Danish citizen. Former president of successful, innovative, international business and professor at Technical University of Denmark, University of Copenhagen and CBS. Wrote/lectured originally on OR and managerial economics; in last 25 years on values in the workplace, organisational ethics, ethical accounting, CSR and spiritual-based leadership. Spends half a year each year in India teaching Research Methodology for doctoral students.
Organizational initiatives included co-founding/designing: AccountAbility in London; Department of Management, Politics & Philosophy at CBS; CBS’s Center for Corporate Social Responsibility; European Academy of Business in Society.
